Order
An order is placed by submitting the checkout and is binding. We send the proforma invoice including shipping to you by e-mail after the order is confirmed.

What data and why
When you send an order or a message we process the data you give us: name, e-mail address, phone, company name, company ID, VAT ID (if you give it), country, delivery address, the text of your message and the content of your order including the table configuration. Giving us this data is voluntary, but without your name, e-mail, company and company ID we cannot handle the order. We use the data to handle your order and message, prepare the proforma invoice and deliver. If you save a table configuration, we process the company ID, e-mail, phone and the selected configuration; we verify the company ID in a public register (ARES, RPO) and the e-mail by checking its format and domain. We store the configuration so that you can return to it and so that we can contact you about it; the legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. For an order or a message the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and complying with legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax rules (point (c)).
How long we keep it
Messages, orders, documents and saved configurations are kept without a time limit until we decide otherwise. Data from orders and documents is always kept at least for the period required by law, in particular accounting and tax rules. You have the right to erasure (see Your rights).
Who receives it
We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing. It is processed only by providers of services needed to run the website, handle your order and deliver it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Use the form on the Contact page or write to the controller's address. If you believe we process your data incorrectly you can complain to a supervisory authority: in Slovakia the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk), in the Czech Republic the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
